Interested in a different kind of camp? Our Babysitter's Camp is offered as a 5-day Camp for youth ages 11-15. Students who complete the course will be certified in Adult, Child, Infant CPR/AED, First Aid and Babysitter's training and will learn how to handle common emergencies, Internet Safety, Fire Safety and many more Safety related topics.
Please note: The price of the camp is $225.00 for the week. This includes a continental breakfast, lunch and an afternoon snack.

If your profession involves responding to emergency situations, enroll in the Bloodborne Pathogens Training course, especially individuals that work in areas where they are exposed to blood and other body fluids. This course covers some Universal Precautions and includes a participant manual.
Emergency Response Training is the same as First Responders training. It consist of Professional level CPR/AED, Advanced First Aid and Oxygen training.

This recertification training is for currently certified Emergency Response students. It includes Professional Rescuer CPR/AED, O2 and recertification of Emergency Response. Emergency Response is a three year certification, CPR Pro and O2 is a two year certification.

Caring for a parent, spouse or friend in a home setting can be overwhelming. Now you can help these families by expanding your training in the Family Caregiving program from the American Red Cross. This is a presentation series only.
This course will teach lay responders the knowledge and skills necessary to give care in an emergency, help sustain life and minimize the consequences of injury or sudden illness until medical help arrives. This course does not include CPR.

This training will help participants to develop leadership skills; learn how to develop a babysitting business, keep themselves and others safe and help children behave; and learn about basic child care and basic first aid.

This 4 hour course will introduce the instructor candidate to the history, structure, and activities of the American Red Cross. This class is for HIV/AIDS Instructor class candidates only..
Fundamentals of Instructor Training is a prerequisite to all Red Cross instructor courses and is included in the Basic First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor class in the Instructor class fee.
This 32-hour course will enable instructor candidates to teach HIV/AIDS Starter Facts course, as well as community presentations. Included in the course is Starter Facts and Facts Practices.

This course teaches individuals to treat common injuries among children from birth to 12 years of age. Learn accident prevention, safety tips, and how to perform rescue breathing and CPR for infants and children. This course is recommended for parents, babysitters, nannies, grade school teachers and staff, and anyone who has frequent contact with infants and young children.
To train instructor candidates to teach basic-level Lifeguarding, Waterfront Lifeguarding*, Waterpark Lifeguarding* and Shallow Water Attendant (all including first aid), Lifeguard Management, CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer, Administering Emergency Oxygen, Bloodborne Pathogens Training: Preventing Disease Transmission and Basic Water Rescue courses. Instructor candidates also will become familiar with GuardStart: Lifeguarding Tomorrow and the Water Safety presentations.

The American Red Cross Space Coast Chapter offers a Nurse Assistant Training Program designed to prepare students for employment as a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) after they pass the Competency Evaluation Examination for the State of Florida.
This 2-hour class trains professional and basic rescuers, on when and how to use supplemental oxygen and breathing devices. Professional and basic rescuers also learn advanced skills in airway management.
